How long should I expect to wait for an initial appointment?
There are currently no wait times for initial consultations, with openings in as soon as a few days to a week.
How long will the process take?
Following the initial consultation(s), we will schedule a testing appointment within 1-2 weeks. Report writing will take another two weeks on average, after which we will schedule our final feedback session. Total estimated timeframe from start to finish is 4-6 weeks.
Can I use my insurance?
While I am not an in-network provider, I will provide you with superbills at the end of our appointment(s). Depending on your plan, you may be able to submit receipts for out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your benefits.
How do I know what kind of testing I need?
We will meet for an initial consultation, where I will gather information about you, your current concerns, background, and other historical data. We will then be able to collaboratively determine the type(s) of testing suited for you. After that, I can provide you with a more thorough plan and estimate based on the type(s) of testing you will need.
How should I expect to make payments?
Payments will be expected before the start of each appointment through the client portal, which accepts all major credit/debit cards and FSA/HSA cards. Payments can be broken down according to your needs. I can also offer payment plans, which can be discussed further in our initial consultation. Feel free to reach out to find out more.
